Masala Mary offers you the best of my mum's Anglo-Indian & Indian recipes as well as some of my own western influenced 'variations'.

We are:

* my mother, whose actual name is Charis (Mary's her middle name) is an amazing home cook who has inspired my passion for food and looking after people

* our family moved from Madras (Chennai) to Perth in Western Australia in 1991

* Mum is a traditionalist but I like to experiment with flavours, textures and fusing different cuisines
